THE ANCIENT ALIEN CONUNDRUM....

Hello friends, I am here to write about the much talked about and the one which I am greatly interested in, yes The Ancient Alien Question or The Ancient Astronaut Theory, as it is more generally known. Ever since I started watching The Ancient Aliens on the History Channel, I was really smitten and perplexed by the show. The content which Giorgio A. Tsoukalos, Erich von Däniken, David Hatcher Childress, Philip Coppens and other ancient astronauts theorists present on the show is by all means an eye opener. This has propelled me to write something about this much debated topic. So lets start......

First and foremost this is just a theory (though there are plethora of evidences to support it)  and I am not writing with the intention to hurt any or anyone's religious feelings! To the one's who don't know what this is about let me sum it up in a few lines: Ancient Astronaut Theory states that in the past before mankind even flourished on Mother Earth, highly astute other worldly beings have been visiting this planet of ours for their own purposes. These so called Extraterrestrials created human race as their subservient, so that they could get their work done. Those enigmatic beings were interested in mining gold from earth and as it was to arduous task they created us, yep The Humans. And this theory suggests that as our ancestors were not technologically advanced, as we are now, they misrepresented the flesh and blood extraterrestrials as God. But the good thing our ancestors did for us was to leave behind hell lot of hieroglyphics, wall paintings, papyrus scrolls, very complex and fuddling structures (which are geometrically accurate), etc, etc., so that we could see and contemplate what they actually witnessed in that distant past. After watching Ancient Aliens and doing some research on the Internet, even I have started to believe this theory.

So, to support my claim I will exemplify it with one of the many examples to look for, the most enigmatic and very advanced for that time in history: the Sumerian Culture. Sumer, as the name suggests, it means the land of civilized kings and believe me it was indeed that. Sumerians lived in Ancient Mesopotamia what is today known as Iraq in c. 4500 and 4000 BC. And these people were guided by very strange beings called The Annunaki, their Gods. Similar to all cultures, Annunaki deities too descended from Heavens in so called fiery chariots with strange lights and which made loud din when those landed on ground or when they those were about to take off back to heaven. Now by all means it seems to be an extraterrestrial encounter with UFO being misrepresented as fiery chariot. Recent research also tell us that the Sumerian natives had highly advanced mathematical and astronomical knowledge, which helped them to keep track of solar calenders, lunar cycles, solstice, etc,. They had complex mathematical system (which we even use today), great geometrical understanding and if we look at it more practically a thought definitely comes to our mind that how did our naive ancestors receive such advanced knowledge? From Gods, as they have inscribed in their clay tablets and scrolls, nah its certain form the Extraterrestrials mistreated as Gods. 

Furthermore, cuneiform tablets, found in excavations, also reveal that these Annunaki beings had power to morph themselves into human form so that they could live among humans and rule them, how they had immense knowledge of all sciences and arts that would make them superior among all and how they lived for hundreds of years. Archaeologists haven't been able to found from where these Annunaki beings came from, it's still a mystery. But wouldn't it be plausible if we think from the instances above that they were actually Aliens.!! Lots of other evidences have been unearthed in Iraq during the expeditions carried out by different archeologists since 1800s. One of the most pro-founding among them is the cuneiform tablets (written around 1100 BC) found at the city of Nineveh, Iraq (this city is even mentioned in The Bible); which tell about the creation of Man by the beings which came from the Sky. Ain't that strange???

Now, if I continue further this blog would seem endless then. So to sum up then, there are myriad of evidences to convince oneself that we are not alone in this Universe and highly advanced beings do exist somewhere, who before hundreds of years visited our planet and helped our ancestors to shape or history. We cannot deny this theory for sure. So I would like to conclude this post here and tell everyone that this theory is left to oneself, whether you want to believe or not. But do mull over it. Cogitate about it, it's really intriguing.
